You’ll have the opportunity to select what foods you prefer to include in your nutritional program so it can be designed according to what you enjoy. Once we have all of your information, we design a program tailored just to you and send it via email.


Your nutrition is planned day by day, meal by meal so you’ll always know what you need to be eating. You’ll even get scheduled cheat days for those high calorie favorites you just can’t avoid.


Your training program is every bit as detailed. Our email will tell you exactly when to warm up, how to weight train (sets, reps, etc.), and what cardio to do. Your training will already be planned around your existing schedule–all you have to do is execute.


You’ll also keep track of various key aspects of your day, such as energy levels, motivation, and sleep quality. You’ll be submitting a report  biweekly via email with all of these, as well as progress pictures and updated measurements. We’ll be using this feedback to make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
